Bring Elliott to DC!

Meet Elliott! Elliott is a beautiful husky/lab mix currently stuck in a high kill shelter in southern Ohio. He was found roaming around the downtown of the rural town. The shelter has fallen in love with Elliott and wants to see him brought to safety.
